1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website mo-lo.eu and any services provided by MoLo FlexKapG ("MoLo", "we", "us"), Kopernikusgasse 4/4, 1060 Wien, Austria (FN 664826k, Handelsgericht Wien).
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of MoLo.
2. Services
MoLo provides data consulting, data engineering, business intelligence, machine learning, and Decision Intelligence services ("Consulting Services"), as well as a SaaS platform for data analytics and business intelligence ("Product Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any consulting engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, animations, and design) is the intellectual property of MoLo FlexKapG and is protected by Austrian and international copyright law. Client deliverables created under consulting engagements are governed by the respective project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MoLo retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and reusable components developed during engagements.

- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the website

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, MoLo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the website shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for damages caused by wilful intent or gross negligence (§§ 1293 ff ABGB), or for personal injury.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the courts of Vienna, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
