1. Scope & Applicability
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website mo-lo.eu, operated by MoLo FlexKapG ("MoLo", "we", "us"), Kopernikusgasse 4/4, 1060 Wien, Austria (FN 664826k, Handelsgericht Wien).
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website. These Terms apply to all visitors of the website. They do not apply to contracts for consulting services or for the Meridian platform: for these, only the order form, the General Terms and Conditions for customers and, where personal data is processed, the data processing agreement agreed with the customer apply.
2. Services
MoLo provides data consulting, data engineering, business intelligence, machine learning, and Decision Intelligence services ("Consulting Services"), as well as the Meridian SaaS platform for data analytics and business intelligence ("Product Services"). The scope and terms of any engagement or platform contract are defined solely in the contract concluded with the customer.
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. All descriptions of services and features are subject to change without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, animations, and design) is the intellectual property of MoLo FlexKapG and is protected by Austrian and international copyright law. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the courts of Vienna, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
