Sales & Business Development Manager, AI & Data Platform (all genders)
Join MoLo, an early-stage AI and data startup based in Vienna, Austria,. Help European SMEs turn fragmented data into better business decisions with Meridian, our decision intelligence platform. You’ll find new customers and take deals from the first conversation to a signed agreement, working directly with the founders.
Shape how we sell
This is a chance to shape our sales approach as we grow. Help define our ideal customers, sharpen our positioning, test outreach channels, and set up a CRM pipeline that works. Your conversations will shape our messaging, demos, and product priorities. You’ll have direct access to the founders and room to take ownership as we grow.
What you’ll work on
- Find and qualify new customers, building relationships with business and technical decision-makers.
- Lead discovery conversations and platform demos around real business use cases.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and own the sales pipeline through closing, with founder support.
- Build and refine our outreach, CRM stages, follow-up routines, and sales playbook.
- Work with our technical team on solution fit, implementation scope, and a clear handover.
What matters to us
- The ability to build trust, understand business needs, and turn conversations into customers.
- Ideally, experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development.
- Knowledge of data architectures, ERP/CRM integrations, BI, or cloud platforms is a strong advantage; curiosity and willingness to learn matter too.
- Comfort with an early-stage startup: taking initiative, testing approaches, and building a process while using it.
- Clear communication with business teams and technical stakeholders, plus a structured approach to follow-up.
Minimum pay in Austria
Austria, IT collective agreement 2026: from €4,061 gross/month (ST2, entry level), full-time at 38.5 hours/week, plus special payments. Higher minimums apply according to classification and relevant experience.

Data Engineering Intern
Help build the data foundations that power real businesses. You'll work on ingestion pipelines, data modelling, quality frameworks, and modern lakehouse architectures, turning messy, fragmented data into clean, reliable systems.
What you'll work on
- Building and maintaining data pipelines for live client projects
- Designing data models and schema structures
- Working with data quality and governance frameworks
- Connecting diverse source systems into unified data platforms

- Curiosity about how data systems work at scale
- Comfort with code in any language, we'll teach the rest
